The Compass is Waypoints' community-centered initiative, offering affordable housing solutions to residents of the Wood Buffalo Region. Through The Compass, Waypoints aims to provide individuals and families with safe, welcoming, and accessible housing options that empower them to thrive.

With a selection of thoughtfully designed units, including bachelor, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom rental units, residents find more than just a place to live; they find a supportive community ready to help them move forward.

The Compass accommodates diverse needs and lifestyles. The Compass offers a 10-20% rent discount to support households with limited income (proof of income required).
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required for all units.
